EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY
At 10.30PM, each piece is made-to-order with care and precision, customized to your measurements to ensure the best possible fit and comfort. As a slow fashion brand, we do not mass produce and do not keep inventory, which means every item is uniquely crafted just for you.
Because of this personalized approach, we do not offer refunds on any purchases.
However, we understand that sometimes adjustments may be needed. Therefore, we offer exchanges or alterations under the following conditions:
Eligibility for Exchange:
• You may request an exchange within 3 days of receiving your order.
• The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags and packaging intact.
• Exchanges will only be accepted for size adjustments or manufacturing defects (if any).
• Custom measurement orders and personalized modifications are not eligible for exchange.
Not Eligible for Exchange:
• Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery.
• Any customized orders with specific measurements or style changes.
• Sale items or items purchased during promotions are final sale.
How to Request an Exchange:
Please email us at [your support email] with your order number, issue, and clear photos (if applicable). Our team will assess the request and respond within 2–3 business days.
If the exchange is approved, we’ll guide you through the process of shipping the product back to us. Return shipping is to be borne by the customer.
Alterations:
Minor fit issues can often be resolved with our alteration service. If required, we are happy to assist with this—please reach out for support.
