Orders & Shipping
➤ How long will my order take?
All pieces are made-to-order. Production takes 7–10 business days, and shipping takes 3–5 days depending on your location.
➤ Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping charges and delivery times will be shown at checkout.
➤ Can I track my order?
Absolutely! Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.
➤ Can I make changes to my order?
If your order hasn’t entered production, we may be able to help. Please email us at 10.30.pmbydhanistha@gmail.com within 12 hours of placing your order.
Sizing & Customization
➤ Do you offer custom sizing?
Yes! Select “Custom Size” while ordering and share your measurements — we’ll tailor the piece just for you.
➤ How do I submit my measurements?
You can enter them during checkout or email us after placing the order with your order number and details.
➤ I’m unsure about sizing — can you help?
Of course! Email or DM us with your concerns, and we’ll guide you to the best fit.
Returns & Exchanges
➤ Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Since most of our pieces are made-to-order, we do not offer returns. We offer exchanges only in case of sizing issues or defects. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
➤ What if my item arrives damaged or doesn't fit?
We’re here to help. Reach out with your order number and a photo, and we’ll make it right.
Product & Fabric
➤ What fabrics do you use?
We use premium, skin-friendly fabrics chosen for comfort and quality. Details are mentioned on each product page.
➤ How do I care for my 10.30PM outfits?
Most of our garments are best dry cleaned or gently hand washed in cold water. Check your package for specific care instructions.
